COMMONLY ASKED
QUESTIONS
IS THIS A TUTORING SERVICE?
The Sikh Scholars Mentorship Program is not a tutoring service. Simply put, we want to provide our Sikh youth with the necessary skills and tools to better equip them for their future.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO THE MENTORS HAVE?
Our mentors have majors covering a wide variety of careers and are either students currently attending university or professionals that have earned at least a Bacehelor's degree. Many of the mentors have experienced first hand how important it can be to have guidance when attempting to apply to programs and gain professional experience. As a result, our mentors want to share the skills and tools they have learned to better equip our Sikh youth for their future.
When can i sign up?
Getting involved only requires you to complete a quick survey located under the GET INVOLVED tab! We are currently accepting both mentees and mentors on a rolling basis. As soon as you sign up, we will do our best to match you with a mentee or mentor based on your preferences.
